I cant provide the proper care for him any more. He is a very loving boy, he knows how to say Hi,Hello and he sometimes says whats up and he laughs.
He wont bite unless your your teasing him. he loves just to hang out on your shoulder and watch the cubs game.
He's a great bird i promise. i need a good home to take care of him his cage will be inculded.
